As a DGP or GSC, how do I update my customized program content that appears on the Graduate School program website?

Program administrators are users who are listed as a DGP or GSC (admissions contact) within SIS and PeopleSoft.  These users can login at https://grad-programs.info.ncsu.edu with their Unity ID and password.  Once users log in, they will see all programs that they are affiliated with.

To edit a program’s details, click on the program name.  The Graduate Programs database is built to interface with other campus sites.  Not all information that is currently being collected is displayed on the Graduate School’s website; however, it is hoped that college, department, and program sites will begin to make use of this information.  For example, you can add a “Summary” if you like (optional) and it will show up on your program page.  You also have the ability to update your Entrance Exams, Interview Required, Program Link, Admissions Contact Override, Deadlines, and Info Sessions.  However, as of now “Full Description” “Available Degrees” “Curriculum” “Admissions Requirements” “Additional Information for Applicants” can be entered, but will not currently display on the Graduate School program website.
